For an app update:

1. In the App Store, navigate to the 'My Account' button and activate it.
2. In the list of available or pending updates, locate an app and activate the 'Update' button.
3. While the update is downloading, observe that VoiceOver speaks extraneous text prior to speaking the percentage progress of the download.

For an app not currently on your device:

1. In the App Store, search for and locate an app to download.
2. Activate the button to get/purchase/redownload the app (depending on circumstances).
3. While the update is downloading, observe that VoiceOver speaks extraneous text prior to speaking the percentage progress of the download.
