Open a book in Kindle or VDR. Now read it. When you encounter the end of the page, your panning buttons will not respond, even after exiting the app.
Disable "Turn Pages While Panning" when in these apps and manually turn to the next page with Space and Dots 1-3-5, or go back a page with Space and Dots 2-4-6. To get the panning keys back, you will need to restart VoiceOver.
