Description
When editing Safari bookmarks, the bookmark names and reorder icon label are incorrectly announced with "remove" prepended.

Steps to reproduce
- Enable VoiceOver.
- Open the Safari app and navigate to the bookmarks view.
- Tap the "Edit" button to enter edit mode.
- Navigate through the bookmark list using swipe gestures.
Expected Result: VoiceOver should announce the bookmark name without any prefix, e.g. "Website Name".
Actual Result: VoiceOver incorrectly announces "Remove Website Name" for each bookmark.
Additionally, when focusing the reorder icon used to move bookmarks, VoiceOver should announce "Reorder Website Name". Instead, it announces "Reorder Remove Website Name"
