VoiceOver does not support braille output with the Dot Pad X over uSB

Description

Though the device connects over Bluetooth, and iOS will recognize that an accessory has been connected over USB, VoiceOver will not send braille output to VoiceOver

Steps to reproduce

Try connecting it and find no braille output
