Description
When editing the list of your favorites in the native Phone app, it is not possible to rearrange their order. Previously you could do this by using the ‘hold, drag and drop’ method after being alerted by VoiceOver that this was available. This is no longer the case, although it remains possible to rearrange favorites if you are not using VoiceOver.
