Description
Apple Music subscribers can choose to display the lyrics on screen for the currently playing song.
These lyrics have become inaccessible to VoiceOver, with VoiceOver instead simply saying the word "button".

Steps to reproduce
Enable VoiceOver.
Open the Music app.
Navigate to a song of your choosing and select it to start playback.
Select the mini player to open in full screen mode.
Select ‘Lyrics’ to display them.
Place focus on the lyrics to read them. Instead of reading the lyric, VoiceOver just says “button”.
