The Eloquence Speech Synthesizer Does Not Speak Times Correctly in the First 10 Minutes of the Hour

The Eloquence speech synthesizer does not correctly speak times in the first 10 minutes of the hour. For example:

Eloquence reads 10:07 am as "Ten zero seven AM."
Eloquence reads 2:01 PM as "Two zero one PM."
Eloquence reads 6:09 PM as "Six zero nine PM."

Steps to reproduce

Select an Eloquence voice as your VoiceOver voice.
In the first 10 minutes of an hour, do one of the following:
- Wake the screen.
- Navigate to the time in the Status Bar.
- Navigate to the Clock icon on the Home Screen.
Observe that VoiceOver does not read the time correctly; speaking the zero in the minutes. For example:
- 6:03 PM is spoken as "six zero three PM."
- 8:05 AM is spoken as "Eight zero five AM."
- 1:01 PM is spoken as "One zero one PM."

Can definitely confirm this

Yes, I can definitely confirm this. I have seen this. Hopefully it will get fixed at some point. Although this may not actually be a bug, it may be just a synthesizer itself and how it processes the time information. It may be something more to do of how the synthesizer was poured over to iOS. I could be wrong about this though. Eloquence and Jaws does not exhibit this behavior. But yes, it definitely does on iPhones and I used to have an iPad mini 2 the same thing on that device as well. I’m glad somebody reported this. It doesn’t matter which eloquence way to use. I’ve done it if the American Elleance voices in the British ones and they both exhibit this behavior.

OK, yeah I didn’t think so but I thought maybe something may have happened when it got poured iOS. That was the only reason I was asking. But yeah it’s kinda not supposed to do that. Hopefully it’ll get fixed.
