At the end of each month the AppleVis Editorial Team take a look at all the apps that have been posted to the site during that month - either for the first time or where there has been a significant update - and decide which of these we think is the most noteworthy.

A quick scan of our forums, App Directories and blog will show that February was a great month for iOS gamers, with some new and very exciting titles added to the list of iOS games that are playable by the blind.

And, it is one of these that we have chosen to be our pick - The Inquisitor Audiogame Adventure.

In this audio game, The Inquisitor is called to investigate an obscure case, beyond heresy, that reveals a new face of Evil. He must tackle many arduous tasks, make many painful choices, and take on terrible creatures. Although quite expensive in relation to most other iOS games, the hard work and dedication of the developer in making this playable by the blind is very evident and you can understand why this has come at a price. It's clear from our forums that this game has already gained a strong following in our community, and we can only hope that this is enough to convince the developer to produce similar titles.

Amongst the other iOS games that proved popular in February were Robo-E, Clever Clues and Song Guru: Guess that song music quiz.

Of these, Clever Clues was another popular choice with the Editorial Team. If you like crosswords, quizzes, word searches or other word puzzle games, we think that you will love this addictive quiz game.

When not busy fighting evil, solving puzzles or cleaning the Galaxy from toxic waste, members of our Editorial Team were also impressed this month by iMove, TipToe and the latest update to Audiobooks from Audible.

As always, we would love to hear of any apps that you think we have overlooked, so do please post a comment below to share your own personal picks.
