Update: this giveaway is now closed.

Marconius recently submitted an iOS app called PracticeLooper to our App Directory. This app allows you to loop sections of music that you want to practice and learn by ear at your own speed. You are also able to slow down music without changing the pitch, or transpose without changing the tempo.

Generally, this might not be the type of app that you would approach with any significant hope of it working well with VoiceOver. However, not only does accessibility get a mention in the app’s description, but Marconius reports that it “works beautifully with VoiceOver”.

Having seen his app posted to AppleVis, the developer has very kindly given us 3 promo codes to give away to members of our community.

The developer states that PracticeLooper is ideal for musicians, students, bands, transcribers, choreographers, or anyone else that needs to analyze songs or practice in sync with music. If that’s you, then here’s your chance to grab a free download of an app that would normally cost $4.99.

Like most promo code giveaways on AppleVis, the deal is simple; get your name in our virtual hat and see if it gets pulled out.

To enter, simply send an email to [CLOSED] before 1AM PST tomorrow (that’s 9AM GMT). Please be sure to include “PracticeLooper” in the subject line.

As always, our usual competition rules apply and can be read here.
