Apple has today released iOS 12.1 to the public, following its Brooklyn event that saw the launch of new iPad Pro models and refreshes to its range of Mac computers.
In addition to some new features and enhancements, iOS 12.1 also brings a few improvements for blind and low vision users.

Accessibility Improvements in iOS 12.1.1
In iOS 12.1.1, Apple has made continued progress towards addressing the accessibility bugs in iOS 12. Based on our testing, we believe the following issues have been resolved in iOS 12.1.1:
Apple has today released iOS 12.1.4 and an updated version of macOS Mojave 10.14.3 to the public. These releases address a recently discovered bug with the group messaging feature of FaceTime that allowed a user to hear the audio of the person they are calling before the receiving party accepted the call.
Apple has today released iOS 12.3 to the public, bringing with it a redesigned TV app; a slightly updated design for the Apple TV Remote app; and enhancements to the Wallet app.
Apple has today released iOS 12.3.2 to address issues with portrait mode.
According to Apple's release notes via 9to5Mac, “iOS 12.3.2 resolves an issue that could cause Camera to capture Portrait mode photos without depth effect on some iPhone 8 Plus devices.”
At the time of writing it is believed that this update may only be available on the iPhone 8 Plus.
According to Apple's release notes via MacRumors, iOS 12.4 includes enhancements to Apple News and a new iPhone migration option to directly transfer data from an old iPhone to a new iPhone:

Apple has today released updates to all of its major platforms, iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS.
According to Apple's release notes for iOS 12.4.1, via MacRumors, the update contains, "Important security and stability updates" and is believed to fix a recently discovered security vulnerability.

Apple has today released iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 to the public. In addition to bringing many new features originally slated for the initial iOS 13 release, these releases bring fixes for a large number of the bugs that iOS 13.0 introduced for blind and low vision users.
Bug Fixes for Blind and Low Vision Users
Our testing suggests that the following pre-existing accessibility bugs have been resolved in iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1:

In addition to bringing some new features - including some originally slated for the initial iOS 13 release - these releases bring fixes for a large number of the bugs that iOS 13.0 and iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 introduced for blind and low vision users.
Apple has today released iOS 13.2.2 and iPadOS 13.2.2.
According to Apple's release notes, these updates fix an issue that could cause apps running in the background to unexpectedly quit, which led to background apps refreshing more often than normal.

Apple has today released iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 to the public. In addition to bringing some new features and enhancements, these releases bring fixes for a number of the bugs that iOS 13.0 and iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 introduced for blind and low vision users.
Apple has today released iOS 13.4.1 and iPadOS 13.4.1 to the public.
These appear to be minor releases focusing on fixes for a small number of bugs which Apple presumably believed should not wait until the releases of iOS 13.4.5 and iPadOS 13.4.5 (both of which are currently in beta testing).
In the case of iOS 13.4.1, the release notes mention just two fixes:
Apple has today released iOS 13.6 and iPadOS 13.6, bringing changes to how software updates are installed, changes to the Health and News apps, and support for Car Key - a feature which allows an iPhone or an Apple Watch to be used to unlock an NFC-enabled vehicle.
