Apple has today released watchOS 6.1.3 to the public, bringing bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements.

Most notably, watchOS 6.1.3 contains a fix for an issue that Apple says prevented irregular heart rhythm notifications from working correctly for users in Iceland. From Apple's release notes:

This update includes improvements and bug fixes, including a fix for an issue that prevented the irregular heart rhythm notification from working as expected for Apple Watch owners in Iceland.

MacRumors also reports that Apple has released watchOS 5.3.5 for Apple Watch owners unable to upgrade to watchOS 6 due to having an older iPhone.

As watchOS 6.1.3 appears to have been released to address a specific issue, we do not expect it to contain any accessibility changes for blind and low vision users; however, if you do notice any improvements or regressions in this release, please post a comment with your findings.

watchOS 6.1.3 is available via Over-the-Air Update (Settings > General > Software Update) or by going to the Watch app on your iPhone and navigating to General> Software Update. To install the update, your Watch must be connected to its charger and have at least 50% battery power.

Perhaps they'll also fix the bug where the phone ring still comes through even when the watch is on silent. That's one embarrassing bug in the middle of a meeting!

LOL, this after I got a new watch from Apple, with them thinking it was the device instead of a bug. Nonetheless, while I won't get the new device until tomorrow, I'm still updating tonight, because I have a couple meetings tomorrow and would rather not be embarrassed, again. Thanks for the info.
