Description of App
Lyd for Sonos allows you to quickly control your playing music, change your radio station or to start a new playlist.
Siri can also intelligently recommend the speaker you want to control to you. You need to use the Siri Watch Face for this.

Lyd [ly:d] is Norwegian and translates to "sound" in English
Warning: Lyd only works if you have an Apple Watch (watchOS 4 or newer). A Sonos system is mandatory.
You cannot control other wireless speakers than Sonos.

Perfect, though kind of a bummer in one respect.
This app definitely does just as advertised... adjusts playback. This is great, but, i already could do that with Siri from my Apple Watch after adding my speakers to the Apple Home app. So, I guess, since that is doable easily for free, I'm a little confused why one really needs this app. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying it's not a neet little app, but why pay a buck for something you already can do from your wrist for free? I bought it because to my defense, I thought it was going to let me use it to not only adjust playback, but I thought I could access all services connected to my system like Apple music, Spotify, etc, and even could search for things to play from my watch. Apparently, I was wrong on this assumption. It looks like you only can access things from your favorites, and, not only that, but the things in your favorites you can start playing from *have!* to be stations from things like iHeart Radio. It says it'll do playlists, and I don't know if that applies to things I've created via Apple Music and the like, so that might work, but even still, that's not the same as searching on demand for what I want to hear. I'm honestly a little disappointed in this investment. Oh well.
