Accessibility Comments

This app is still largely accessible, however interacting inside the list of currently downloading videos doesn't work as it should using VoiceOver. It is not a deal breaker and does not hamper the usability.

Usability

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.

Other Comments

This developer is possibly one of the most supportive Mac developers I have come across. Sites are added within hours of them being requested and I'm sure the few accessibility issues there are he can fix.

Hi all,

Having some issues logging into my Mac with no speech, among other things. Can someone report on Downie's accessibility? It has been a while since I've used it but as far as I'm aware, it's the best downloader period, on any platform with the supported site list growing daily.

It's very good. I love it. The developer admits when he has made a boo boo, (tech term there) and fixes it, or we talk of suggestions to try and how it could work.
