Description of App
Norlay is a free, VoiceOver-first AI assistant for macOS that actually uses your computer for you. Type or speak normally and it searches files, browses the web, reads and writes documents, runs commands, sets reminders, looks at your screen, and shows each step in an activity log — asking your approval before anything irreversible. Every step, reply, and error is announced; optional offline Amy voice speaks replies aloud, with hold-to-talk dictation and a hands-free loop. Works with free AI models (Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq, Ollama, Apple on-device) — no account, no tracking. Requires macOS 14 or later, best on Apple Silicon.
