It is mostly accessible to set up, however on the "more" tab where one is to get more information on how to use the app, VO doesn't read instructions.

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.

Other Comments

After installing the vpn network and choosing either the trial or subscriptions, go to settings > vpn and select whatever country's IP you wish to have. I suppose this must be the information one can't read with voiceOver on the "more" tab, where the help files are. It's a very useful piece of software, and definitely worth the yearly subscription if you're worried about privacy, or simply want to access content you can't get in your country.
