Accessibility Comments

This app has a lot of buttons that are either poorly labeled or not labeled at all. Like a lot of other complex apps today, there are a number of images throughout the app that VoiceOver renders poorly. The VoiceOver image/text recognition features help somewhat (for example, VoiceOver recognized the word "back" on a button that had no accessibility label). The internet gateway placement assistant, which shows a map of the closest tower to your location, does not provide the output in text form and I had to take a screenshot and get the picture described.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads most page elements.

Button Labeling

Few buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

There are some accessibility issues with this app, but it can still be used if you are willing to tolerate these issues and learn how to work around them.

Other Comments

With the exception of management of the internet gateway, you can do pretty much everything through T-Mobile's web interface--and the experience is far superior.
