Other Comments

Please note that when you first open this app for the first time. You will be sent directly in to the QR Scan Mode. You will notice down in the bottom left of your screen a button labeled Menu Button 1. You will need to Triple Home to turn off your Voice Over. Double click this button and then Triple Home to turn your Voice Over back on. You will now notice you are in the QR Menu. To prevent your device from going directly in to the QR Scan Mode. Go to the bottom right tab labeled More. From here find the Launch Scan Mode and turn this off. This app works great and is very easy to use. This app has a lot of potential for me. Not only being able to read any QR code without having to find it because it is in real-time scan. So move your camera around and you will hear a tone when it read the QR. I had no trouble finding the QR at all. I just held the device over the QR Code for a few seconds and it found the code automatically. Nice! So no fuss about having the camera in the right place to line it up right. Now my favorite part about this app is that you can create your own QR code. So what I've done is created several QR code and print the code out on my printer and then used it as a label for me for my CD's I use for work. I just hover my iPhone over the code and then it will tell me what those blank CD's contains. So for example I can find my Microsoft Windows 7 Professional CD by scanning for them. So you can use your imagination for anything you may want to label. Not bad for a FREE app for your iDevice. I highly recommend this app and you will see all the things you can do with it. I was amazed myself. Don't forget what I said about being in the QR Scan Mode and need to get back to the Main Menu. Just do what I mentioned above to get out of that jam.
