There is a free lite version you can try, but if you want a good, easy to use FTP Client on your iDevice, pay the $3.99.

If you have files on OneDrive you want to upload to yor FTP site, you open the OneDrive app and use the "send file" button. In there is Copy to FTP client pro. This app bailed me out when my computer FTP client stopped working.
