Accessibility Comments

None of the buttons are labelled: VoiceOver is helpless. All I could do with this was start it and listen to the crackle... it's a pretty good crackle, though.

There are some accessibility issues with this app, but it can still be used if you are willing to tolerate these issues and learn how to work around them.

Other Comments

Despite the ominous name, the app is just a looped sound that evokes a roaring campfire. there are supposed to be adjustments one can make, but these are not accessible. ... but it's free. If all you want is the first sound you get, then it's there.

I was able to access the settings screen by using the one-finger double-tap-and-hold pass through gesture. The setting controls are accessible and include volume and animation speed sliders, along with switch buttons labeled lock screen and cache. Still, I wouldn't recommend this App unless you have a high tolerance for annoyingly short audio loops. The fire audio loop is just 10 seconds long and I found it to be noticeably repetitive.

Wooh, thanks, Bryan! I'm not sure how/why I missed this. gives me hope for a few other apps I've dismissed as not workable. I agree though; this particular one still not a winner: good for a one-time novelty moment , but not much beyond that. I appreciate you checking it out.
