Accessibility Comments

The app works quite well with VoiceOver, though there are a couple of areas where you will need to use screen recognition.
Specifically, when checking out, the "agree" checkbox is not visible to VoiceOver.
Even with screen recognition enabled, the status doesn't always appear to update, even though it technically has.
It may take a few clicks to get it right. Additionally, some elements under the profile tab do not read at all without screen recognition.
Despite this, the app is very handy, especially if you plan on traveling internationally and don't want to pay high roaming charges.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads most page elements.

Button Labeling

Most buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.

Other Comments

Your phone needs to be unlocked and eSIM compatible. All iPhones from the XS onward support eSIM. To check if your phone is unlocked, go to Settings > General > About. If it’s unlocked, it will say "No SIM restrictions" next to "carrier lock".
Additionally, all prices will be displayed in USd, regardless of where location.

There are countries where more than one network is available. They do have instructions on how to select or change the network your phone connects to. Related to that is their regional and world plans. Regional plans might omit 1 or two countries you want even when geographically they are right next door. Think Caribbean and South America or Mexico. Be careful when scrolling the country lists for each of the plans because at least in several versions in the past they don't always swipe back or forward when you are at the end of the displayed segment of a long list.
