Accessibility Comments

The app is accessible, but I'm getting reports that sometimes the app will not make the receive sound (curticy tone) when you lift your finger off of the button labeled push to talk above the home screen. The message also does not send. I'm not sure if this is an accessibility issue or not. so I'm just reporting it here. There appears to be no work around as of yet for this.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

All buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

Other Comments

Sometimes at least on my iPhone 5 it will show a duration of 0 seconds when reading the messages you or the busy you are talking to has sent. Also this app contains in app purchases.

Just letting everyone know that as of this version and July 5th 2014, text messages are not read properly in the conversation screen. VoiceOver reads the message time, but not the message itself. I don't text super often, so don't have a clue when this change happened, and don't consider it hugely important either, but just the fact that people could send me text messages which I cannot read is a bit frustrating. If this is something you care about, I encourage you to contact them and let them know.

Yes, I can confirm that voiceover does not read the entire text just the time. A work around is to send the message to yourself this is a pain but its better then nothing. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
