Nice but
Well, unsuable since it keeps telling me either my username or password is wrong when I can loging on the website with the same username and password with no problems. Also VoiceOver does have problems on the Accounts tab especially with edit fields for username and password.
That's odd; I've not had that problem before.
I've been logged out a few times before, and everything has worked well for me when logging back in. I've not had any problems with using the same account on the website and the app. I'd try resetting your password. And what is the issue you're having with the accounts tab? Is this when you're logged out and trying to log in? I can take a look, but it would be more helpful if you could be more specific.

Wow! You're right!
So, I just tried logging out and logging back in, and I had the same problem you did with not being able to do it at all. I pressed the email and password button, expecting the username and password edit boxes to pop up, but nothing did. There was a sign-in heading that only showed up after pressing that email and password button, but nothing relevant under it. I'll be calling them about this. Once they fix this issue, I think everything should be all right. :)

Just called Chewy.
I just called Chewy and made them aware of the problem when trying to sign in. The representative I spoke with was very friendly and apologized for the problems I was having. He said that the options for signing in or creating an account should be after the version number. I explained what VoiceOver is, and a little of how to use it--enough to get him or the IT team started in diagnosing the issue--so I'm hoping it should be fixed soon.

I just found a workaround! :)
I'll be telling Chewy to format the sign in button and subsequent text fields on the account tab like this so that it works with VoiceOver! To sign in:1. Go to the favorites tab
2. Double-tap on the text that says “Sign In. |. Create Account.”
3. Enter your account details, then press sign in.
The app may not be perfect, but I’m glad we have a way to access the app, both for new users and current users, who, like me, signed out to test the issue a previous commenter was, and still is, having.

Love this app!
I was looking for waterless shampoo for my guide. It was so easy to narrow my search, use the fields, find my options, and then add my choice to shopping cart. To me, as I said in my review, the app is easier to use and look for things than the web site. I highly recommend this app! And on a side note, if you need to call Chewy, their representatives are very nice and helpful.
