Accessibility Comments
This app is extremely simple to use. As you open it, it throws you into a search field, which is at first set to sort by area code. It you touch above the search field, you'll see a complete list of every single area code, as far as I know, in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). There's a button to sort by state, which then changes the search field to search by city or state. There are three unlabeled buttons. The third of these is the about button; the first two don't do anything as far as I can tell.
VoiceOver Performance
VoiceOver reads all page elements.
Button Labeling
Most buttons are clearly labeled.
Usability
There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.
Other Comments
The only downer is that it doesn't adequately tell you whether the area codes within a general area are in an overlay or not. For example, it lists 704 as Charlotte, NC, and 980 as Charlotte, NC. It doesn't tell you that these are overlays, so it makes you think that some areas of Charlotte use 704 while others use 980.
