Description of App

As described in the iTunes store:

iPrioritize - The Worlds First Prioritization Application
=> Available now on your iPhone and iPad <=

Don't waste another minute, focussing on the wrong thing.

This app will make organizing your time seem like child's play.

We all have times where we feel like the number of tasks and projects we have to complete is getting us down and overwhelmed. Sometimes even working out where to begin seems like a daunting task.

iPrioritize is a new productivity application from Psi Pi Group and Simon Hedley which aims to tackle exactly this problem.

To use the app you simply enter the projects/goals you are thinking about, and then the key steps which you need to complete, but, here comes the clever part, which is unique and makes all the difference....

...The app asks you a series of questions, questions you might not have considered yourself (the kind you would normally be asked by a $1000/hour consultant or business coach) and then the app uses your responses to calculate the relative importance and hence priority of all your steps.

This is why the app is called "iPrioritize".

There is a traffic light system of bright red for urgent right down to green for unimportant tasks. The colour coding makes it easy to see at a glance which tasks are most urgent on your agenda. Helpfully, you can also export your ordered list and email it to yourself for later viewing.

If you like "E-Myth", "Things", "Getting Things Done" or "Eat That Frog", you'll love this, and we've made the app a bargain price, so don't miss out.

Imagine, if you could be more effective every week, what would that be worth to you over a month, a year? How many hours would that save? How much more could you get done?

Simon Hedley modelled the thinking and beliefs of successful entrepreneurs, businesses and executive coaches, and we've taken that unique perspective and turned into an essential tool for everyone that wants to get more done in their lives.

Accessibility Comments

AppleVis Editor Note: this app was submitted before Usability Ratings were introduced, so one has been chosen on the basis of the accessibility comments made by the original poster. If you have used this app, please post a comment to let us know if you agree with the Rating.

Original Comments: So far what all I have seen is accessible. At the bottom, you have 3 buttons to change tabs: Goals, All Steps, and Help. Reading the help guide is important. You basically add a goal and double-tap to add steps inside that particular goal. Color coding is an issue. You can export the data using email. The 6 questions asked to prioritize your goals and steps are also accessible.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

All buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.
