- Natalie Avon, CNN

SEE WHAT’S AROUND YOU…
… in an easy, fun new way! Where To? is an incredibly easy way to find the closest steakhouse, bank branch, billiard club, or anything else you might be looking for in seconds — whether you are on vacation in Paris or in your own back yard!

NO TYPING REQUIRED
Where To? will simply get you where you want to go with a fun, painless interface that caters to your personal preferences. See your options on the built-in map or in a list sorted by distance. With just a few taps, you can find any type of place you are looking for close to wherever you are!

YOUR LOCAL GUIDE
Where To? is your local guide in your pocket! It provides you with photos, videos, descriptions, special offers, business hours, and more. All you have to do is choose — then call to make a reservation or check the place’s homepage using the built-in web browser.

APPLE WATCH SUPPORT
Show your favorite places, select your favorite category or search by voice. And Where To? displays nearby results right on your wrist!

IMESSAGE APP
The included Where To? for iMessage lets you search for locations and share them with your friends in a conversation without leaving the Messages app.

DINNER MENUS
Where To? includes dinner menus for more than 500,000 restaurants. Compare the menus to select your favorite dining location or decide what to eat while you’re waiting to be seated!

CHECK THE LOCATION REVIEWS
Is the food delicious? The service great? Where To? collects and displays ratings and reviews from all Where To? and Google users.

HELPS YOU DECIDE
Not sure what you want for dinner tonight? Just shake your iPhone and let Where To? decide. Take a chance and find something new and exciting!

SHOWS YOU THE WAY
Whether by car, bike or foot using the built-in route planner or any of more than 50 apps from the App Store — Where To? gets you where you want to go. The standard Maps app, Navigon, TomTom, Google Maps, and many others are supported.

CAR INTEGRATION
Turn the key and let your car guide you to the destination. You can send locations to supported onboard navigation systems from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi.

HAVE A PEBBLE SMART WATCH?
Use your Pebble to reach your destination. The free Pebble companion app displays the direction and distance so you can keep your iPhone in the pocket while walking or driving. Note: This feature uses GPS in the background to stream location updates to Pebble. Continued use of GPS running in the background can considerably decrease battery life.

MARK YOUR FAVORITE SPOTS
Save restaurants, shops and places as favorites to find them later easily. If you own multiple iOS devices or an Apple Watch, Where To? keeps them synchronized through iCloud.

SHARE WHAT YOU FIND
Share location infos by email, text message, Facebook, Twitter, or AirDrop with your friends. Or add the place to your contacts.

¿HABLA ESPAÑOL?, PARLEZ-VOUS FRANÇAIS?
You’re going to Mexico and don’t know what a „Hair Salon“ is in Spanish? Where To? searches in 11 different languages and translates all categories to the local language on-the-fly.

First of all, the most interesting new feature (to me) is the ability to send POIs from Where To? to Blindsquare. For background information, FutureTap's Where To? app was the first iOS app that enabled you send POIs from your searches to third party navigation apps like Navigon, TomTom, MotionX GPS Drive, Google Maps, etc., before this became a feature of free apps like AroundMe. With Where To? 7.0 it appears it has become the first app to send results of your POI search to BlindSquare. Since this information about supporting BlindSquare immediately shows up when the app is launched, I would hope that any AppleVis review includes this information (even if the reviewer does not use Blindsquare). A check of the current FutureTap blog at http://www.futuretap.com/blog/whereto-7-0-1/ shows the announcement "Where To? 7.0.1: Skobbler and BlindSquare". Secondly, as the reviewer notes under the second paragraph regarding accessibility, you can speed up your search of results in the bottom half of the screen. I'd recommend switching from the default "map" view mode to "list" view by double tapping the "list" button above the home button at the bottom of the screen. I also slide my finger down from the top right corner of the details screen to get the updated tracking information on direction and distance. See my archived August 16, 2014 viphone list post about the Where To? app at the Mail Archive for more details: https://www.mail-archive.com/viphone%40googlegroups.com/msg85116.html That post also gives links to other posts describing how to search for locations around addresses in your contrasts, and a link to an earlier AppleVis forum post answering how to use this app for restaurant menus: http://www.applevis.com/forum/ios-ios-app-discussion/restaurant-menus-are-easily-accessible (I'm glad that the Mail Archive maintains this information, since the AppleVis policy of deleting all comments on older apps means that this kind of information that was previously posted at AppleVis simply disappears.) I haven't tried navigating yet with Where To? and BlindSquare, but I previously sent results from Where To? to Navigon for use with BlindSquare. HTH Esther.
