After you open the game, you need to start in the garage. You need to keep going in there, until it tells you can go to the next level. But yes, game is fully accessible.

App needs work
I tried to play this game using the app earlier this afternoon. I found two flaws in it, first, the time factor isn’t such that it allows a newbie to explore the screen while playing the game to find out where things are located your cards various buttons, etc. I guess I should say two in one, the fact that there is not time enough to search for what you need to search for. Especially, if you are on familiar with this game, and do not know the layout of the screen. Has potential but there are still some bugs that need to be worked out. At least, so it appears to me. Also, as a second issue; there does not appear to be a help screen, to provide answers to such questions as those I just posted. This would be very beneficial, especially the newbies, who do not know the game, and are unfamiliar with game layouts like these on the iPhone.
