I've made it and go to gather but when there's 5 trees, in a row; I still have to gather from each one?

I need three maps from one of my quests but I only have one. Where do I get the remaining 2?

Does anyone have any tips on fishing? I don't catch fish most of the time, which makes it hard to get enough food to defeat the snow queen.

You can turn off voiceover…

You can turn off voiceover while keeping your finger right over the drop line button so that when the phone vibrates you can be quick to react

adding people why it might not work

Hi, I also am having problems adding people to gamecenter. There might be a few reasons why it does not work.
Here in the Netherlands mms is not being used anymore and that is what apple falls back upon if a person hasnot enabled imessage OR set the email address that you use to be discoverable if people want to imessage them.
So you have to make sure that a person that you send an invite to, and yourself also of course:
has 1. imessage enabled on their device
2. set their email address that you have as being usable with imessage.
As far as I can see an email address is the only way to add someone to gamecenter.
When someone is added to gamecenter and is playing swordy quest i believe they are automatically added to your lcan.
Also note that even if a person has complied with the above steps its neccessary for me at least to hit the send button twice on a request if it actually wants to get send.

To small issues

I can’t get the hunt option anymore and the map function doesn’t work with voice over. The instructions are, hold down the marker and move to your chosen destination. Can I get some help please.

It works

Hunting only works as long as your character has stamina. Once you've run out of stamina, you need to sleep first. Hunting and gathering is done from within the actions tab. When travelling on the map, select your location by double tapping it first. Once you double tap on it, you will hear a sound to confirm that you have selected it. By now you will have two options. You can either double tap and hold the same location to confirm your selection, or you can go to the bottom of the tab and confirm your selection there.

I just recently started playing this game and I absolutely love it. I truly appreciate the developer going out of the way to make this game accessible and I know it has come a long way. need help with swordy quest

So I have a few questions about swordy quest
1. where do you find the snow biome in the mountains?
2 so I unlocked the magic Cross but I can not find the magic cross can you please help me?
3. where do you find sea Transportation to get across the sea?
4. How do you get two different locations if things are too far away?

cant find a port to buy a boat

Hi,
I am now slowly exploring the map line by line but by just touching it i could find some villages/shrines (now trying to refind avalon village to buy some scrolls) and all kinds of other stuff but not a port to buy a boat.
Can anyone help me with this?

They are located

The magic cross is located under the more tab and then you go to magic it’s right there
And to travel the sea you need to go to a port. to go to further locations you need to go to the farm to get a mound or if it’s too far you need to break it down into pieces

My map is still broken

I really loved the game but I can’t get the map too work. I don’t get special sounds or dialogue boxes. Still lagging and not letting me move to the chosen item.

Things to try

Its voice over. I can move a few squares then everything freezes up and stop working. Also I have focus issues with voice over too. iOS 14 really messed me up badly!!! Can this be fixed? Is there anything I can do in settings or is this a Apple problem?

The map

When in the map, don't flick. Flicking left and right is still pretty laggy and doesn't work for getting around in the map. Instead, use explore by touch. With one finger, move around the map until you find the coordinates you want. If they aren't on the screen, slide the map up down left or right with three fingers.

RE: The map

I can confirm that Skhye has it correct with regards to navigating on the map. The first thing I always do, when opening the map is to center my player on the screen, by using the handy button found in the lower left-hand corner. Then, if I need to go somewhere but don't have the coordinates, I use the locations button or whatever that's called in the upper left-hand corner. After I have the coordinates, I begin to see what I have to do to get to that location. Another poster indicated that you have to break the trip down into pieces and they have it right. The mapp will not allow you to move more than three squares at a time, at least that's all I can do for now anyway. So my trip to the first castle is a work in progress. Along the way, I maximize my time at the temporary locations, i.e., hunting, gathering, crafting, etc.

The first thing you should know is to have your raft and your fishing pole. Those items can be found at the port in vertical 19 horizontal 17. To fish you need to go to a sea

Auto travel

Use auto travel and find the nearest lake. Then, gather from the shallows.

Where can I find frozen ash?

Fishing after you’ve crossed into the portal

I have crossed into the portal the beyond portal that is, can I get a fishing pole over there? Who do I absolutely have to go back to the starting island or place rather

The beyond portal is a place full of lava. I doubt that there is an ocean. Then again, I haven't really checked. I'll go check real quick.

There is an ocean within the beyond. You should be able to find it easy enough using the auto travel feature.

You must kill the ice queen

There is a sea port in the beyond but

They only seem to sell boats. For the fishing pole, you will need to go back.

RE: Catching fish

I contacted the dev about fishing. He said that, in his opinion, fishing is still too hard for
VO users, specifically, and it's probably related to the size of the fishing hook and the fact that we have to double tap on the drop line button. He told me that he is going to make the hook larger in a near update. This should solve it. Meanwhile, as far as the tones are concerned, I haven't quite figured them out either. However, I did catch more than 1000 fish. It's sort of like a crap shoot for me. whenever I hear a tone, whether high or low, I double tap on the drop line button. Mostly I manage to gather fish. Just keep[ doing it. Though it doesn't work flawlessly, it does indeed work.

RE: Demon heart

I just finished gathering the deamon hearts to craft the stone weapons. during the process of fighting, once I got a deamon heart, I went and crafted my first stone weapon. this made me even stronger for the next round of fighting. It's a stratedgy game. Stats really matter. I continued the fights until I got all stone weapons and now I'm onward to the next thing.

What I discovered, especially when fighting the deamon with flapping wings is that,you have to keep your health as high as possible. Virtually after every hit in the battle screen, go back and eat some more. I never got killed in this manner. Before the deamon appears, you have to fight several smaller minions first. Just really watch the health.
