Even though this app has a lot of unlabeled buttons it still can be played once you figure out what they do. You can label the buttons. There is one part where you need to turn VO off to open random things to win prizes. You will know if you won or lost by the sounds. On the part where you need to turn VO off to win just tap anywhere on the screen.
