I see in the Hero Pass section you need something calleda Premium Pass, not finding how to buy this in the app at all, just gold bars. Any thoughts?

You can buy the Premium pass under the hero section when Apple has certified the purchase. Hopefully it'll work already today, just keep an eye out on this. It should appear there very soon.

This game is amazing, I absolutely love it! One question: how do I collect gold packages? I got a notification one was available while on the settings screen in the app, but could not figure out how to collect it. Thank you!

You collect them by getting to the Company Tab. There should be a button that says "Collect golden package". If you first get a message that tells you how the shift went, dismiss it first by double-tapping the ok button.

I got one, but am thinking the button to collect a gold package disappears very quickly. Do you have any contact information for the developer so I can suggest a longer amount of time for the button to appear on the screen? Thank you for your response! :)

I love this game, just love it. I love the fat that it runs in the background and I can still earn achievements. It’s fantastic.

This game is rather addicting. I need to send them feedback, the message for he Golden Packages often gets cut off so we don't get what is in it most of the time. I'd rather it do a pop up window with an OK button to tell us this. The Golden Package button appears usually under the End Shift Early button, always in the same spot.

I really like this game. I played the echo version of it lots of times. I like how you can actually turn down the music. Unlike on the echo you really couldn’t turn down the music. I remember on the echo version you started with a bicycle but now you start on foot which I think is cool. I wonder if they’re gonna make popcorn tycoon an app next. And what is this premium thing for? I’m actually happy with the golden bars just earning them. Sure it’ll be a little slower but I don’t mind

already gotten to level 38 maxed out on loads vehicles hardly seems any strategy more of an idle game to be fair, it is addictive though.

It is an idol game, but you can interact with it by collecting the golden boxes. Well they’re called golden packages but I find myself calling them golden boxes. I may not have the money for the special pass but I can still enjoy the game. But how do you get prestige stars? that’s one thing I still haven’t figured out. Or do you get those when you reset?

I'm not finding a heros section, but that's OK. I just started this game a little while ago, and feel as though I'm making excellent progress. I will be curious how much a premium pass costs. If it's a 1 time purchase, I may consider it, but if it's a subscription, I will just be satisfied with whatever I can do for free.

The Premium Pass bits seem to be under the Hero Pass button, however, I see the mention of the pass but no option to buy it yet. Hopefully in an update this will be corrected. I need to find where to report issues too. On the active widget on the home screen it is in German though my game is all english, the dynamic Island also has its bits in German when it appears there. Plus the golden package text of what you get in them vanishes too quick and ends up overriden nine times outof ten by other speech.

I'm enjoying this one, but also can't find how to buy the premium pass either.

Its mentioned in the premium pass help as costing £4.99 a month, but there are no options to buy at all, and nothing in the shop.

Not sure if these are bugs. My delivery rate was 125 million packages per second. I purchased the interplanetary area and my delivery rate got boosted to 350 million packages per second. However, when I started another shift immediately after that one, my Delivery rate went back down to 125 million packages per second. The interplanetary area is still unlocked. Is anyone else having this issue? And does anyone know whether this is normal gameplay? Second, I have purchased the maximum level, which is 4 for staffing under the upgrade section. However, each of my shifts, including the current one, still remains only an hour in length.

It works fine for me. What I suppose happened, is that you opened a golden box and you got some super fuel. probably this happened before you purchased the new area. I admit the math doesn’t add up quite right but I am positive that the boost was involved somehow.
On another note, my leaderboard is off-line for some reason. Is yours working properly?

I really like the game. I don’t understand the past as far as the euro pass goes. I don’t see that on my end, but I do see something called stars which I don’t have any as well but if anybody would like to add my code here it is.

Also on the lock screen, there’s some foreign language regarding the game that I don’t understand that should be fixed to match the language preferences of your user phone. Mine is set to English.
There is no premium pass that I’m aware of. Hopefully there are some things they fix, but I do see that they did have an update. It looked very minor though.

Can we redeem more than one code? It doesn't look like it from my end. If so, here's mine:

Update the app. I no longer see the Hero Pass button, however, so can't actually get the Premium Pass that is supposedly now available. This app had a couple updates in the night. I also noticed the locks creen text being in German, hopefully that is fixed now.

So I was testing eSpeak for the first time when I ran into the German live activity, and genuinely thought the new synthesizer was broken. Thanks for explaining!

It didn't show up for me at first, but when I went into the App Store, then My Account, then App Updates, and then refreshed with a three-finger swipe down, it was there. Hope this helps someone else!

Loving this game, but having some issues with buying and upgrading. Anyone else unable to buy prestige upgrades with perk points and the gold bar items from the shop? Sometimes using screen recognition I can see a button for buying in the shop, but it's very hit or miss and only for one item. I haven't been able to spend perk points at all.

That will do the trick. It’s like a rotor action. move on the item you want to buy, flick down once and double tap.

Rotor actions are very common in this game and the hints also describe the functionality of how to access features very well. So my tip: turn on voiceover hints and swipe through the app, it will explain everything very well.

How did you get as far as you did, my friend? Amazing! Don’t think the problems I was having and the bugs I came across were the result of boosts. But I will update the app and see. I was also having my leaderboard off-line, but I’m going to try updating right now.

Looks like you could only do one friend code I tried again with someone else and it didn't work. Obviously because I only redeemed one code so I think it’s only one friend which I think is very interesting but I think it’s understandable too because they don’t want you to just keep getting free coins and up the antique of all the coins for free that way, maybe.

Really addicted to this, in the billions, and nearing the trillions of packages delivered, and set for 4.5 hours right now. There's stuff I'd love to see added, or adjusted, because of my personal preference, but... this is so much fun!
Now, can we get Popcorn Tycoon next? Lol! Legitimately, though, this type of game hooked me immediately, when I found it on the echo, and again when I saw it available here.
Also, now we need a mobile version of Knight Manager, or something adjacent to it.

What's the actual milestone/requirement for prestiging? Also, aside from the achievements, which feels like only a small way to do things, there's not really a way to get a good amount of gold bars. The hero pass only offers 1, that I've seen, done twice.
But, what's the requirement for prestiging?

So, not quite sure (suppose I'll find out shortly), if this was covered, but I am not noticing much when it comes to the Golden Packages? What all is it possible to get from them? The announcement of what I got keeps getting interrupted before I can actually find out, except in very rare occasions. Those occasions tell me one of the rewards is coins, but... what else? Also, would it be possible to add maybe a chance to get between 2 to 10 gold bars from these maybe?
Already been playing for about 24 hours and my brain is going into overdrive thinking "What about this for different leaderboards and rankings, as well as achievements for completed shifts, time played, time spent away from the game, and we need more stages, because these are cleared too quickly."
But, that's my brain being weird.

Besides using boosts and unlocking new areas, I think you get the biggest push by selling your company. The first time around, on foot couriers gave me 2 packages per second. The second time they gave me 28 and the third around 350. If my math is correct, the next time I am going to sell they are going to deliver around 5000. Of course this incremental increase applies to all vehicles.
I believe that you gain fame points by finishing near the top of your league in the season’s end. However I have already gotten 5 of them somehow, so I’m not sure I’m right about this one.

Definitely fun idling. But, I think the strategy comes more knowing when to buy what, whether you want to stop the shift, sacrifice the bars, and restart with the boosts you've obtained.
I managed to make it to about level 40 very quickly, and stalled now, about 24 hours after starting play at level 57. I'm on my third run, and really hoping to make some good progress.
I have yet to see if this is the case, but I am sincerely hoping that I can wrack up shift time to account for the often 8, 9+ hours I end up sleeping at night.

How do you determine when you prestige. I have done it almost as soon as the option became available, and forget the consequences. (This slowed me down significantly me down. My "on foot" couriers went from 2, to about... 3/4, and this time, with 5 stars, now they give 5. There's a lot to understand here, that I currently don't, but... I'm loving this game, and hoping the devs both can work more on it, and release a Popcorn Tycoon app like this and/or a mobile Knight Manager. The Alexa app was getting so tedious, and I think a reworking of it could be very beneficial, and very fun, if done right. This is already proof that Popcorn Tycoon would be good, though.

First of all when I said prestige points in my last comment I meant fame points. I edited my comment and it should be ok now.
I think the later you sell the better. The first time I sold I got 21 prestige, the second about 450 and this time, if I sell now, I will get about 4000 or so.

Thanks! I guess that usually is the idea, at least starting out, so you can grab a little bit of everything. I wonder if these are the only ones, or we'll be seeing unlockables?
I have a total of 6 prestige points as of right now, and am working to at least get ready to do it again, or close to it, when I set it up for the night.
Fame points... no clue either. I barely do anything with the leaderboard, nor do I know anything TO do with it. I randomly got "respect" from someone?
Also, do you know what makes it possible to sell the company? Best I have is unlocking a specific area, or a coins milestone. That's my best guess/theory.

Anyone have any thoughts on this,or can you only redeem friends' codes occasionally?

Looks like the friend codes are more of a referral program than an actual friend system. If you are referred by someone, you enter their code, and you both get coins out of it. But you can't have been referred by more than one person, so it only works once.

Here are some clarifications based on the previous comments:

Prestige

the main point of the prestige area is selling your company. When you sell the company, you get prestige stars. The more worth the company, the more prestige points you will get. The company's value is defined by everything like vehicles, packages per second that you deliver with your vehicles, unlocked areas and upgrade levels. Also, the prestige boost premium skill that can be bought in the shop for gold bars also increases the amount of prestige points when you sell the company.

The prestige stars stay forever and each star gives 12% higher rate of delivery for your vehicles. So sell your company only if you get many prestige points, that's my tip, because then you are more productive with delivery in the future.

Perk points are the points you get for every prestige star. With those points, you can buy prestige skills that also stay when selling the company. If you spend perk points, don't worry about losing stars, perk points are a different currency than prestige stars. Stars stay, perk points can be spent on prestige skills. So the prestige thing is what gives you an advantage over other players on the long run because you increase your overall vehicle rate with every company sale.

How it works in a nutshell

You are assigned to a random group of players. Within that group, climb high enough to get into the next league when the season ends. VoiceOver will tell you if your position qualifies you for climbing up one league. The places one, two, and three get a cup. Place 1 gets a golden cup, place 2 a silver cup, and place 3 a bronze cup. Each cup gives you fame points. The fame points are not ranked yet, but they show up in a player's profile so you can flex with them ☺️ and who knows, maybe there will a fame global ranking one time, I don't know.

I think in all my runs, I have probably purchased around 10,000 vehicles. Every each and one of them, using my heroic right index.
After a certain point, the time and taps required to make a meaningful impact with the first 10 vehicle types, doesn’t justify the effort.
I would like to be able to purchase 1000 foot carriers only by tapping once.
