Blindfold Hearts

Category

Description of App

Blindfold Hearts is a fully accessible Hearts card game for both sighted and visually impaired people, designed for rapid audio play.

Blindfold Hearts is a trick taking game, where you try to get the lowest score against 3 computer opponents. Each heart is worth one point, and the Queen
of Spades is worth 13. You can also "shoot the moon" getting all hearts and the Queen of Spades, but beware - your opponents will try to stop you.

You can customize the game to your liking: how much extra information is spoken and how quickly it is spoken, how many sound effects are used amongst other
things. And you can post your high scores to Twitter or Facebook.

Blindfold Hearts was suggested by several blind gamers who enjoyed Blindfold Spades and Blindfold Solitaire.

There is a STARTER PACK in-app upgrade that unlocks all advanced features and lets you play as much as you want.

I am loving the harts game! I did notice that with the setting to ding if a card is playable turned on, all the cards ding whether or not they are playable. While I'm thinking of it, I'd love to see a blindfold rummy game.

I love the Blindfold series! I also noticed the ding bug. I also wanted to suggest a game that could be in the blindfold series. Blindfold Tennis?

Next version to be released shortly will have that bug fixed. By the way, please email me at marty@kidfriendlysoftware.com and give me ideas on how you want a tennis game to work.
And please tell you friends about our games.

This game is really fun to play. It's easy to customize. With the upgrade, you can change the names and skills of your competitors. This is my favorite feature of the game because I Mabel to put in the names of family members. My entire family loves playing cards, including Hearts. I would recommend this game to every person blind or cited that enjoys playing cards. It would be great if this game could be played with game Center.
