Accessibility Comments

Fully accessible. I was able to make and complete my order. I did find an unlabeled button which all it does is allow you to share your invite code. There are also some unclear labeled buttons in the product details but I couldn't get them to do anything but they are not necessary to successfully use the app.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

Most buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

Other Comments

Just another food delivery app perhaps a bit more accessible than the ones already out there.

No matter how many times I tweet or submit feedback, customizing items from fast food places such as Starbucks and McDonalds is still broken (meaning that you can't remove certain ingredients, like cheese from a sandwich at McDonalds, because the dropdowns don't work correctly). I don't order from these places but it still bugs me. Has anyone found any workarounds? Are people reporting this?

Hello. Yes, I have reported these issues multiple times with the INXS ability of Uber eats, but every time I send a message through the app, I get a general support response, and when I called technical support they say they will do the usual, writing support tickets, raising the issues to engineering, do usual stuff that they do, and the end result is still the same. Nothing is done. i’ve stopped using Uber Eats altogether, and took my business elsewhere. I still have the app on my phone because every time they do an update I somehow have a little bit of hope that they will fix the issues that have been continuing for quite a while now, but as I said before in the end there are no results.
