You might wunder just why you'd want yet another audio stream player app. The answer is the audio quality and ability of the app to retain the stream over time. No other app I've tried can resume a playing stream after even a short loss of connectivity. This one has resumed playing even after 2 or 3 minutes with no internet. You won't get the lost audio but at least the stream comes back. Like any good audio app 2 finger double tap starts and stops audio so if StreamS was the last audio source you can restart from the lock screen. Adding your own custom URL may seem a bit challenging but it is worth the effort. Once a stream is playing you can then add it to the favorites. You can't directly add a stream to favorites but you can edit the name or rearrange the order of them. I stopped using all other players such as TuneIn because they are to focused on their station listings instead of more flexible ways to play streams. The search stations tab offers some slightly different options and their listings are not always updated. As mentioned the strength is in audio quality, stream maintenance and good custom stream entry. You can also use a web page with an active stream link to get to a stream you can't find a direct URL to reach. I can't give exact instructions on doing it that way since I only use direct URLs.

Accessibility Comments
The app is fully accessible. It does have some strange tool-bar layouts when doing things like adding custom streams and favorites. Focus reverts to the player tab once you start playing a stream so if you close and reopen the app even when it is not playing you are on the player tab. I'd rather be on the favorites tab when first starting.
