The new MetLife Mobile App makes it simple and more efficient for you to manage your benefits. We focused on your feedback, making it easy and secure to register and access your information. We also improved the customer experience with an overall design enhancement.

Review claim information and make updates, report absences

Accessibility Comments
App is very accessible with great voiceover feedback. Even tells you when a particular screen you're on is loading. All tabs are also very well labeled. I was only able to test the dental features as I only have my dental insurance through them but I would Imagine that the other functions/policies are accessible as well.
